Capacity: The standard roll off size is 12 cubic yards; smaller containers are available for heavy materials. The District will determine the appropriate roll off container based on the waste disposal indicated on the application. Special conditions: For disposal of heavy items such as concrete, asphalt, shingles or dirt, roll off container shall be no more than 50% full. If container is overfilled, customer shall be responsible for removal of excess debris.
Rental Period: Roll off container rental period is 7-days. The District will automatically schedule removal of a roll off one week after it was delivered, on the same day of the week. Please call to schedule early removal. No rental period extension is available.
Fees: Trash (including concrete) = $236.71; Green Waste = $295.89. The rental fee will not be prorated. Following approval of the site, completion of the application and payment of fees by cash or check, the roll off will be scheduled for delivery based on availability as discussed prior to rental. Once a dumpster has been delivered, the terms of this rental agreement cannot be changed, and the fees become non-refundable. Roll off fees include 3 tons of disposal. Additional weight at time of disposal may be subject to additional fees.
